Alright, those that know me, know I am married to the love of my life, and the mother of 3 handsome little boys. My husband is in the Military Reserve, and in prusuit to go full time active duty again.
I am going to go on a little adventure of my own. The adventure of weightloss. I know after 3 kids, its not going to be easy at all. And I probley wont get back into a size 0. BUT I am gonna see what I can get into. ( Currently I wear an 11).
I have tried ALOT of things to lose weight. I have a treadmill.....I will walk on it for about a week then thats old and I use it to hang stuff on!....We have the weight bench set up, but thats just a catch all for anything and everything. I have bought weightloss video's....anything from "dancing with the star's, Biggest loser's, to Jillian Michael's shred video's." Only to do them for 4 or 5 days and think, Hmmm Jillian likes to get up in ur face n yell....well she is on a video I can turn her off!" I go for walks outside with the husband, but that to only last a short while.
I order the Weight Watcher cookbooks, google lowfat/healthy recipies, only to think, hmmm I cant cook this, or I wouldnt eat that. I have a million excuses, okay a million and one! There is always something getting in the way of me losing the weight. And frankly I am tried of it. I am tired of always feeling tired, not sleeping well, not being able to keep up with my 3 boys...
So I am going to try something that a dear friend of mine tried and it has seemed to work for her. Yes its a pill, and I know they say a pill isnt the awnser, but I think if I can get a jumpstart, I can keep it going.....
So I should have my 6 day trial on friday....I will start on saturday. I am excited to try this out. I look forward to getting a jumpstart on it, and maybe getting something not as huge for the Military Ball coming up in September!
